  • If you booked hotel pickup, your pickup will be between 7:30 and 8:00 (exact time sent the day before).

  • Group sizes may increase without prior notice and the tour may be bilingual.

  • When purchasing this activity, you are entitled to a free Porto city tour, but availability must be requested in advance.

  • In some areas with restricted access, you may be asked to meet your guide up to 5 min away from your accommodation.

  • If you booked hotel pickup and did not provide your location at checkout, you must inform us at least 32 hours before the tour; otherwise you will need to meet at the meeting point.

  • Changes are only possible with more than 48h notice.

  • Groups with children under 8 years old must inform the child’s age in advance, as a child seat is mandatory.
